Yes, the slide images and titles are editable. Each slide is a child page of the Home page. You need to edit the child pages of the Home page to change featured image, title and excerpt. Please refer to theme documentation to learn how it works.

Each theme has the same booking functionality because there is used the same booking plugin. It is possible to add various types and even add drop down field to the search form to filter the search results by property type. You may choose the theme by the layouts, colors, and design.

Iāve seen there is a shortcode to unable the details in single acommodation type but I donāt know where to apply it as when I edit acommodation types I can only change the preset options.
I would also like to replace the details section (once I manage to unable it) with some sort of widget to display info with my own icons and text arrangement.
